Summer is in full swing! With long, sunny days and all the July fun on the calendar, I’ve put together this month’s meal plan to make dinner time one less thing to stress about. You’ll find easy, crowd-pleasing dinners, a fun breakfast, and even a seasonal dessert—all light, fresh, and perfect for summer!

Why four dinner recipes?
Most families cook at home about four nights a week, leaving space for leftovers, takeout, or dinner with friends on the weekend.
About the sides:
